Essential Job Functions

• Assists the project team with gathering client requirements from a business perspective and developing documentation of solution specifications.
• Assists in designing and implementing new methods, procedures, and systems (both automated and manual) to improve the processing and flow of information for a specific client.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently working toward an Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or global equivalent)
• Degree program in business, computer science, marketing, or related field preferred
• Knowledge in project management, and organizational systems preferred.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 software

Other Qualifications

• Basic interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Basic communication skills
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment leveraging the agile methodology.
