This position will be responsible to work with Customer Care Manager to implement Customer caring via PRURewards programs, communication and other customer caring activities, contribute in company growth in customer satisfaction.

PRURewards Deal Management

• Improve and diversify rewards (gift/code/deal) on PRURewards to make deal more interesting and relevant to different customer’s needs, develop new merchant & deal to serve all kind of VIP in countrywide
• In charge of PRURewards redemption report, implement survey (if needed) to understand customer insight and behaviors and propose new initiatives for PRURewards customers.

Communication

• Execute engagement care communication for special occasions (Tet, 8/3, Doctor’s Day, Teacher’s Day, ….), ensuring messages are tailored to the event and resonate with the target audience
• Collaborate with Marketing team to develop appealing Key visual follow brand guideline & send out message via appropriate channel.
