About the role

* 12 months secondment*

In this role, you'll report into the Head of Business Effectiveness with a scope for the Southern Europe Market to enable efficient and effective sales operations in country and market, directing commercial standards.

Strong multifunctional collaboration with areas such as Southern Europe Sales, Customer Marketing, Net Revenue Management Area as well as Global Sales and Digital and Technology area (D&T).

There is no direct P&L responsibility, however there is a direct collaboration with commercial teams to deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) from top line sales and gross margin perspective.

The role will have a responsibility to directly manage a team of analysts and managers to ensure a smooth and effective commercial operation, providing guidance, mentoring, and development opportunities.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • CRM System Oversight: Lead all aspects of the utilization of CRM systems (EDGE, Intouch, Comarch) to enhance customer interactions, sales tracking, and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with D&T and Customer Marketing teams to ensure the CRM system meets business needs and continuously improve its functionalities.

  • Performance Management: Establish and track Execution KPIs for Commercial teams and set them up in the commercial systems (EDGE, Trax, Comarch). Oversee the entire performance management cycle, including planning, alignment, reporting, and feedback within the commercial team's reward system. Ensure that KPIs are harmonized across business units and aligned with the organization's strategy.

  • Execution as a Fundamental Part of Decision-Making: Ensure the integration of execution as a core component of business decision-making, connecting execution with performance.

  • Process Optimization and Harmonization in the SE market: Continuously assess and enhance commercial operations processes, including sales strategies, workflows, and reporting mechanisms, to streamline operations and drive efficiency. Use the Sales Desk as a tool to define long term resolution to gaps in processes and systems. Harmonize processes across the region to drive efficiencies.

  • Data Quality Management: Ensure the timely and accurate collection, consistency, analysis, and reporting of data form CRM tools to provide insight for decision making and effective management of the commercial teams.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with regional and global teams, sales, customer marketing to guarantee smooth operations of Commercial.

About you

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

You 've about10 years of experience in sales management, commercial operations, or related roles in the beverages or consumer goods industry.

Strong leadership abilities with a successful track record of developing high-performing teams.

You have In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, data analysis, and sales operations management together with excellent analytical and critical thinking, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

You're a strong communicator, who's fluent in English (one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Greek or French is a plus).
