The Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Residency at Geisinger welcomes applications for a board eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine-Pediatric Physician to join the Milton Clinic and act as the Ambulatory Site Director.Job Duties:

The Geisinger Milton Clinic is the continuity clinic site for twenty residents and will spend a half day a week serving the patients of Milton in their continuity clinic and spend additional time on their ambulatory rotation as well. Meet the Residents, WELCOME | Geisinger Med Peds (gmcmedpeds.com)
This position will come with core faculty supported nonclinical time (up to 0.15 FTE) to work on ambulatory curriculum development, faculty development of preceptors, review and dissemination of resident quality metrics, aid in clinic-based quality improvement projects, and mentorship for residents interested in careers in Primary Care. Core faculty will also work closely with residency program leadership throughout the year to ensure shared goals are being met. A Faculty appointment at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine will also be obtained upon joining core faculty.

Compensation – 'New’ base salary starting at $320k
Residency/Fellow stipend - $2,500/month, paid in lump sum; available up to 18 months prior to graduation
Up to $250k recruitment incentives
