Requisiti formativi:

• Neolaureat* Magistrale in Scienze della Comunicazione o materie umanistiche con Master post Laurea in Comunicazione o affini

Altri requisiti:

• Buona padronanza della lingua inglese - livello C1;

• Buona conoscenza di editing video, software di grafica e del pacchetto Office (Power Point, Excel).

• Tecniche di Comunicazione;

• Project Management;

• Precedente esperienza in ambito di comunicazione (di tesi o di stage curriculare)

• Spiccate capacità di scrittura e doti relazionali;

• Comunicazione Web e Social;

• Attenzione ai dettagli e buona creatività

• Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e con scadenze ravvicinate

• Flessibilità rispetto a mutevoli esigenze

Data di inizio presunta: 14 Ottobre 2024

Durata: 6 mesi

Data fine candidature: 22 Settembre 2024

Tipologia: Stage Curriculare (preferibile) o Stage Extra-Curriculare

Modalità: in presenza ma con la possibilità di effettuare 11 giorni al mese di Smart Working in accordo con il tutor e le esigenze del business.

Contesto

La persona sarà inserita nell’ambito della Direzione Comunicazione e affiancherà il team dedicato alla gestione delle attività di comunicazione interna, con riferimento alla sede di Parma, in un percorso di stage.

Obiettivi e modalità di svolgimento

L'attività formativa si concentrerà sui seguenti aspetti:

• Elaborare contenuti digitali (grafiche, immagini e video) e testuali (comunicati, newsletter, post)

• Gestire operativamente i canali di comunicazione interna (intranet, news, plasma, newsletter, ecc.)

• Supportare le diverse aree nella definizione dei piani e stesura delle comunicazioni

• Proporre, sviluppare e pubblicare contenuti editoriali in accordo con le linee guida della Direzione Comunicazione e la corporate identity

• Adattare e tradurre i materiali globali, garantendo la coerenza del messaggio

• Partecipare all’organizzazione di eventi interni ed esterni

• Monitorare le iniziative di comunicazione interna, anche tramite analytics
