Dans ce rôle dynamique, votre capacité à prospérer dans un environnement complexe et rapide, tout en travaillant étroitement avec les professionnels de la santé (PS), sera essentielle pour assurer le succès. De plus, votre aptitude à collaborer de manière transversale sera cruciale pour atteindre les objectifs de ce poste.
Le candidat retenu devra démontrer une expérience éprouvée dans le développement de plans d'affaires stratégiques avec des objectifs spécifiques, mesurables et orientés vers l'action, alignés sur les objectifs territoriaux et au niveau des comptes. Ce poste exige une approche axée sur les résultats, qui inclut la vente aux PS, le service à leurs comptes, tout en respectant la mission de ViiV Healthcare de ne laisser aucune personne vivant avec le VIH derrière. Vos contributions dans ce rôle joueront un rôle essentiel dans la mission plus large de transformer la vie des personnes vivant avec le VIH, en faisant une différence significative dans le domaine de la santé et en favorisant des changements positifs dans le domaine des ventes spécialisées.
• Il s'agit d'un rôle sur le terrain, couvrant le territoire de l’Est du Québec. Le candidat retenu doit résider dans la région de Montréal, où se trouvent la plupart de nos clients.

Obtenir des résultats grâce à des ventes et à un service exceptionnels :
• Identifier, cibler et gagner de nouvelles affaires en collaborant avec les professionnels de la santé (PS) pour introduire des approches innovantes dans le traitement du VIH.
• Travailler avec les PS, les infirmières, le personnel et les administrateurs pour comprendre les défis et les opportunités cliniques, organisationnels et financiers des comptes ciblés.

• Développer et exécuter des plans d'affaires adaptés qui aident les PS à étendre leurs modèles de traitement pour atteindre plus de patients.

• Maintenir une approche de vente basée sur le portefeuille, en veillant à ce que les clients vivent une expérience ViiV cohérente et intégrée.

Nous recherchons des professionnels ayant les compétences suivantes pour atteindre nos objectifs :
• Licence ou combinaison d'éducation formelle et d'expérience professionnelle.
• 3+ ans d'expérience dans les ventes pharmaceutiques, avec un parcours constant de hautes performances.
• Expérience de la collaboration transversale avec d'autres membres de l'équipe sur le terrain.
• Capacité démontrée à influencer et collaborer dans un environnement matriciel.
• Expérience du lancement de nouveaux produits dans les spécialités (injectables).
• Expérience préalable dans les soins spécialisés.
• Expérience dans l'élaboration de plans d'affaires stratégiques avec des objectifs spécifiques, mesurables et orientés vers l'action.
• Capacité à voyager à l'intérieur du pays si nécessaire, y compris des séjours possibles.
• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
• Permis de conduire valide* et capacité à voyager environ 50 % du temps.
*Ce poste exige que l'employé conduise régulièrement pour les affaires de l'entreprise et permet la fourniture d'un véhicule loué par l'entreprise. Cependant, pour être éligible à ce poste et à un véhicule de société, ViiV devra obtenir des résultats acceptables de l'enquête de vérification de permis et de l'examen du dossier de conduite, conformément aux exigences de son programme de sécurité routière.

1. Deliver Results Through Exceptional Sales and Service:
- Identify, target, and win new business by collaborating with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to introduce innovative approaches to HIV treatment.
- Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to gain a deep understanding of the clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities within target accounts.
- Utilize data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to pinpoint high-priority prospects.
- Develop and execute tailored business plans that help HCPs scale their treatment models to reach more patients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver an integrated product experience to our valued customers.
- Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset, ensuring customers experience a cohesive, integrated ViiV.
- Provide exceptional customer service by proactively addressing HCP problems, needs, and requests.
- Adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals and objectives, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs), scaling successful strategies, and effective problem-solving.
2. Develop and Foster External Relationships:
- Cultivate valuable relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders.

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree OR a mix of formal education and related work experience
- 3+ years pharmaceutical sales experience as consistent top performer.
- Experience partnering cross functionally with other field-based team members.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
- Experience launching new products in Speciality (Injectables)
- Previous specialty care experience
- Experience in developing strategic business plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives.
- Ability to travel domestically as necessary, which may include overnight travel, majority of time will be spent in market.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Valid Driver's License* and ability to travel approx. 50% of the time.
*This position requires the employee to drive routinely on Company business and allows for the provision of a company – leased vehicle. However, to be eligible for this position and a company vehicle, ViiV will need to obtain acceptable results from a license verification inquiry and drivers abstract review against its safe driver program requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
- Proven ability to build and leverage a network of specialist physicians.
- Previous experience in the HIV market
- Experience successfully selling working with Specialty Pharmacies
- Strong planning and organization skills, analytical ability, business acumen, decision making ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
