Evening: 8 hoursJob Description
Provides quality customer service as a Nutritional Services liaison to both patients and staff. Collects patient menus and patient food preferences. Delivers and retrieves patient meal trays and nourishments. Maintains nourishment area on unit. Enters and retrieves patient food data from EMR and diet office software system. Communicates with diet clerks, clinical dietitians, and nursing unit staff to provide excellent food service to patients.This is an enterprise position. Will be expected, as needed, to accept work assignments across departments or El Camino Hospital campuses (Mountain View and Los Gatos) or locations within a 15-mile radius.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Documented proficiency using basic MS Office applications and Outlook software required.
Demonstrates excellent hospitality and customer service skills.
Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
Previous related experience preferred.
Salary Range:
$29.87 - $36.96 USD HourlyThe Physical Requirements and Working Conditions of this job are available.
