Golisano Restorative Neurology & Rehabilitation Center

Established in 1989, the Rochester Regional Health Golisano Restorative Neurology & Rehabilitation Center is the largest inpatient program of its kind in the Finger Lakes region. Accredited for children, adolescents, and adults by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), we are committed to excellence in the services we provide, and assuring every patient the highest possible standards of care.

STATUS: Full Time

LOCATION: Unity Hospital

DEPARTMENT: Golisano Rehab Nursing

SCHEDULE: Day/Evening Shifts - Every Other Weekend & Holiday

ATTRIBUTES

• One (1) years of acute care experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Patient Care. Contribute to the identification of basic physical, emotional and cultural needs of the patient; provide routine nursing services, information and education to patients; collaborate with appropriate registered nurse to revise care pathways when the patient needs are not being met; comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines
• Evaluation & Documentation. Observe and document signs and symptoms related to the patient health status/any changes in condition and report to registered nurse; provide regular patient status updates to the appropriate personnel

EDUCATION:

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: 

BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA), LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

PAY RANGE:

$24.75 - $30.75Rochester14626

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
