The Talent Management Intern will support the Talent Team in delivering and implementing Talent agenda through various Talent initiatives.Job Responsibilities
As a Talent Management Intern, you'll in charge of handling these following tasks & solving business issues at execution level:
1. Talent Delivery:
Work with Line Manager in managing the execution of all talent programs and activities, including but not limited to Young Talent Development Program and PVA Talent Development Program.

Monitor Management Trainee learning development journey and IDP Process.
Support key stakeholder if needed (Talent, Rotation Manager, …).
2. Talent Engagement and Evaluation:
Prepare communication plans and materials across internal and external communication channels for Talent activities & program.
Update Talent schedule and keep track of execution of Talent agenda.
3. Provide ad-hoc request by Line Managers
Job Accountability
Ensure all Talent activities assigned are executed smoothly and align with company policy and procedure.
Ensure Talent experience when joining learning & development activities.
Ensure communication for Talent activities for assigned programs.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR Management or equivalent.
Good command of written and spoken English
Analytical thinking & Critical thinking
Proficiently in using Excel, MS Word, and Power Point
