As a University Recruiting Intern, you will demonstrate your ability to get creative and innovative in finding extraordinary talent through unconventional means. You will play an integral role in partnering closely with the business and talent team to identify, attract, assess and hire exceptional people for highly competitive sales roles at CrowdStrike. This position would be a great opportunity to begin a career in recruiting.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide support with planning our 2025 Summer Internship Program experience

  • Support Social media content and campaign creation and execution during Summer Intern Program

  • Support planning and several activities during Intern Spirit Week

  • Provide planning and logistical support for recruiting events such as career fairs, info sessions, onsite interviews, club events, tech talks, in office tours and events, hackathons, sponsorships etc.

  • Manage co-own Lead Intern Program

  • Collaborate with team with building a strong and diverse candidate pool and coming up with innovate recruiting event ideas to attract qualified applicants.

  • Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity through exceptional written and verbal communication.

  • Research university campus strategies for Fall 2024

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience with or interest in creative writing, marketing content creation, and diversity & inclusion efforts

  • Project management skills, strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tracks of work

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple departments to bring inputs together to complete tasks

  • Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing

  • Expected graduation date 2025 or 2026

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in recruiting

  • Experience analyzing data and metrics to develop insights and storytelling of campaign results

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, etc)
