RN Nurse Manager: Behavioral Health (rivhs)

• Ensure Compliance: Stay ahead of state, federal, and accrediting body requirements to guarantee our facility operates at the highest standards.

• Collaborate with Physicians: Build and maintain positive relationships with medical staff, integrating their insights into decision-making processes to enhance patient outcomes.

• Drive Operational Excellence: Analyze productivity standards and manage staffing effectively to ensure seamless coverage and exceptional service, 24/7.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Required)

Experience:

• 1 year of RN experience (Required)
• 2 years of leadership experience (Preferred)
• Psychiatric Nursing experience (Preferred)

Skills:

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in nursing assessments and patient triage
• Computer savvy to manage data and reports effectively

Licenses & Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Virginia or compact state (Required)
• Specialty Nursing Certification (e.g., CMSRN, CCRN) (Preferred)
