This position is eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $10,000 and relocation assistance of up to $10,000!

  • Empower a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and support a dedicated nursing staff to meet operational demands with expertise and compassion.
  • Coordinate Comprehensive Care: Work closely with other departments—rehabilitation, social services, activities, dietary, and more—to deliver seamless, multidisciplinary care.
  • Lead Safety Initiatives: Implement policies that protect residents and staff, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality assurance programs that elevate service delivery and ensure care aligns across all services, including outpatient, rehabilitation, home health, hospice, and more.
  • Collaborate with Medical Experts: Partner with the Medical Director and physicians to uphold the highest standards of medical care for residents.

Requirements: 

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (preferred).

Experience:

At least 2 years in senior living or long-term care (Required)

2 years Supervisory Experience (Required)

Licenses & Certifications:

Active RN license (Virginia), plus CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Leadership Skills:

A proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

Flexibility:

Call rotation, weekend, and irregular shift availability required.
