Come join the Med/Surg Float Pool at Essentia Health - Duluth!Essentia Health - Duluth consists of the following floors:
- Observation Unit
- Inpatient Rehab
- Adolescent Behavioral Health
- Adult Behavioral Health
- Med/Surg
This float pool is primarily between Observation, Inpatient Rehab, and Med/Surg Floors as we have a separate Behavioral Health Float Pool.

- You will be responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- You will delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions.
