The opportunity


We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Intern, Persistency Collection Unit to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry, specifically focusing on improving overall persistency, Call to remind customer to renew the policy on 14days before due until lapsed date for monthly basics and update in CRM. Provide clear guidelines or scripts for reminder calls to ensure consistency in communication with customers.


Responsibilities

  • Focus on improving overall persistency.
  • Call to remind customer to renew the policy on 14days before due until lapsed date for monthly basics and update in CRM. Provide clear guidelines or scripts for reminder calls to ensure consistency in communication with customers.
  • Monitoring call status from IS log to MS Form
  • Provide the solution for customers for mode change 55% if they face financial issue.
  • Ensure that the encouragement for clients to use specific payment methods or mobile apps such as ABA, Sathapana or Wing mobile app is aligned with company policies and compliance requirements and encourage client to download Manulife Kh app.
  • Daily check CRM system for monitoring on all policy status 
  • Assist and encourage customers to pay premium via digital platform.
  • Response to customer’s general inquiries
  • Perform daily call reminder & follow up and log the status in the report.
  • Seek business partnership within the area.

  • Fresh graduate, preferably in Public Speaking, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focus attitude

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - familiarity with insurance software systems is a plus
