POSITION PURPOSE

  • The Manager, Nurse Anesthetist at Chelsea Hospital, Chelsea Michigan oversees anesthesia services, ensuring effective patient care and operational efficiency.

  • Manages 24/7 accountability for anesthesia teams, scheduling, and staffing, while supporting patient care delivery in collaboration with leadership to meet departmental goals and objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead CRNA and anesthesia tech teams, ensuring staffing aligns with volume changes.

  • Oversee schedule creation, vacation planning, and leave coverage.

  • Provide clinical support when needed and ensure efficient fiscal management. Collaborate with leadership on volume growth and staffing needs. Participate in hiring and performance evaluations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • CRNA certification, ACLS, PALS, RN License.

  • Master’s degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited institution required.
