Job Description
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Intern will coordinate and perform administrative and operational functions in the branch as per company policy and guidelines to ensure smooth day to day operation of the branch.Creates and updates customer electronic files for Customer Manager and Metal & Energy Market Manager.
Responsible for performing daily administrative tasks which may include but not limited to completing or updating client files.
Conduct oversight and tracking of ISO containers when they arrive onsite for filling with products and dispatching of them.
Maintains integrity of client file information by electronically documenting it in a timely manner.
Database management, data export and uploading to online systems.
Assisting Sales Representatives and supporting them with administrative tasks they require support in.

Educational requirements
Grade 12
Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Sales & Marketing or any other related business degree

Experience
Basic experience in Admin, Sales and Logistics an advantage
Computer literacy - SAP an advantage
English and Portuguese proficiency
Knowledge of Import and Export an advantage
Knowledge and Know-how specific to the job
Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
Any solid combination of professional experience related to customer service and sales will be considered.
Self-motivated, goal orientated and strong problem solving skills are a MUST.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort working with customers and within a team centered environment.
Strong Computer Literacy is a MUST, in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
Problem solver with an outgoing personality.
University, college degree or equivalent, with a major in Marketing or Sales.
