Primary Function
Technician Intern collaborates with equipment engineering support groups that conducts equipment maintenance, repair, and calibration activities according to company prescribed standards.


Educational Background: 

Undergraduate of Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation Technology course.
 

Major Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Learn and assist in the maintenance, repair, and calibration activities according to company prescribed standards.
  • Provides regular feedback to immediate supervisor on matters affecting team performance.
  • Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and specifications in the execution of function including the proper use of tools and instruments.
  • Ensures adherence to safety procedures and use of safety equipment 
  • Maintains good housekeeping habit and orderly work area.
  • Observes proper ESD precaution when handling electronic components, PCB’s and other electronic hardware.
  • Participates on any trainings available as part of the organized learning.
     

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
