SUMMARY
The certified nurse aide works under the direct supervision of licensed nursing staff to provide direct patient care in accordance with established hospital policies, procedures and protocols.

LOCATION: Canton-Potsdam Hospital
DEPARTMENT: Observation
SCHEDULE: 12-hour day shifts
ATTRIBUTES
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred: New York State nurse aid certification, current BLS on hire
Preferred: Previous experience as a New York State certified nurse aide
RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs and documents direct comprehensive, family and patient centered care under the direct supervision of licensed nursing staff.

PAY RANGE:
$18.00 - $27.16The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
