Compensation Range:
Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $169,173.00 - $191,454.00 / Year depending on qualifications and experience.Department:

Manager, Nursing Talent Acquisition, will be the nursing program recruitment and sourcing strategy expert. Manager, Nursing Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and establishing effective Nursing and Clinical recruitment strategies, plans and marketing campaigns to meet the business objectives by sourcing, assessing and negotiating offers. Manager, Nursing Talent Acquisition identifies business needs from a resourcing perspective through working closely with clients and recruiters, finding and attracting the right candidates, developing relationships with the clients, and offering and delivering an opportunity which satisfies the needs of all parties. The Manager, Nursing Talent Acquisition provides strong strategic consulting to the business on process, compliance and expectation setting to recruit RNs and clinical staff. Additionally, the Manager, Nursing Talent Acquisition partners with operations management and their respective HR Business Partner, Compensation and other HR team members for successfully meeting talent objectives.
EDUCATION:
BS or BA degree in Business Administration or Human Resources required.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
7+ years of experience assessing and identifying the needs of hiring managers and developing creative nursing recruitment strategies.
Workday experience highly desirable.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Preferred:
Current Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
SKILLS:
Recruiting knowledge and Healthcare Industry knowledge. Market trends and implications on acquiring talent. General knowledge of employment law; high volume recruiting process. Consistently delivering quality customer service to internal and external clients.
