About the Role:
Inpatient Psychiatry with Flexible Practice Development
- Manage a 12-bed unit within a 29-bed facility, working with a full-time mid-level provider.
- Participate in daily treatment team meetings with a multidisciplinary team, including the medical director, nurse manager, and social workers.
- Provide high-quality care in a modern, secure facility equipped with 24/7 on-site security and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) services.
- Maintain a manageable caseload with optional voluntary call opportunities.

- Participate in scholarly activities, including teaching within our residency programs and mentoring medical students.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
