Summary: Care of the patient in the home setting.
Requirements: Currently licensed as an RN is the state of IL. CPR certified. Previous Home Health experience required. Strong clinical background with previous hospital or SNF experience required. Must possess strong comprehensive assessment, documentation and critical thinking skills. Proficient in Phlebotomy, Infusion Administration, and Wound Care. Knowledge in Oasis documentation and state and federal regulations. Basic understanding of computers. Must be able to work independently and have exceptional customer service. Valid IL drivers license and proof of automobile insurance required.

The expected pay for this position is listed below:
$38.50 - $38.50The final offered salary will take several factors into consideration, including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
