To lead and be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining retention programs and organizational wide initiatives aimed at retaining AC nursing and patient care talent. This role is responsible for metrics, reporting, goal setting, survey administration, etc. in conjunction with Nursing and Patient Care leadership. The NRS will develop strategies for workforce engagement and retention. Responsible for facilitating collaborative working relationships with partners across the organization who each have a role in organizational engagement, retention strategy and program administration (Nursing Excellence, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, HR Analytics, Performance Management, Marketing, etc.)Additional Information:

1. Develops and implements strategic initiatives, programs, and processes for engaging and retaining diverse nursing & patient care talent.
2. Establishes and maintains positive relationships with external community partners.
3. Establishes and maintains robust reporting models to track retention and engagement metrics, root cause analysis and trends.
4. Participates in Shared Governance Council and actively participates on project teams.
5. Participates in developing and implementing nursing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives to foster continued engagement, productivity, success, and retention.
6. Others duties as assigned.
