Recruiting now for our summer internships beginning early June 2025! 

Our summer Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) Internship is the primary feeder pool for our full-time FLDP. Not willing/able to move to a new state for your internship? Check out RTX Careers for other great internship opportunities. Receive high-caliber training, mentoring, and guidance from your manager and team while building a RTX network. Program intended for students looking to join our FT three-year rotational FLDP after graduation 

 

What You Will Do 

  • Work closely with a Finance team to deliver real results in the areas of accounting, finance, financial planning and analysis or financial operations 

  • Stretch your capabilities and enhance learning with a frontline, hands-on assignment directly connected to meeting business objectives 

 

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • Willing and able to move anywhere in the U.S.A.  

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 30 credit hours. Please upload a copy of your academic transcripts with your application.
