Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating with community and health organization partners to ensure organizations are on schedule with implementing study activities.
Coordinating trainings with community partners.
Preparing study related materials/supplies and ensuring technical assistance is provided for study sites. W
Work collaboratively with other study team members to ensure study implementation deliverables are being met. In collaboration with our community and health partners.
Assist in facilitating study recruitment, including screening, enrolling and scheduling study participants, and data collection
Maintain ongoing contact with participants at designated intervals to ensure study goals are met.
Assist with data entry, data cleaning, and focus group facilitation, transcriptions, and coding.
Attend team meetings, troubleshoot and work with study team members to resolve issues in the field.
Assist in maintaining study materials and will have the opportunity to contribute to study manuscripts and conference presentations.
Required Qualifications
Education: B.S./B.A. required however applicable experience may be substituted in place of education requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
Work Experience:
Experience working with REDcap
Experience conducting projects in a variety of communities and working with faith and community-based populations
Skills
Detailed-Oriented
Competency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills

The pay range listed for this position is determined by our compensation program using market data and salary benchmarking. A combination of factors is considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, education, experience and training, qualifications relative to the requirements of the position, and funding. At the University of Kansas Medical Center, a reasonable estimate for the starting pay range will be the minimum to midpoint of the posted range, taking into account the combination of factors listed above.
