About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning and Development Intern to support in handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the seamless delivery of learning initiatives.Key Responsibilities: -
- To support in the setup of training by coordinating with facilities teams to ensure an optimal learning environment JOB IS FROM: nursingjobs.siteVIEW
- To coordinate the trainer logistics, including scheduling and necessary arrangements
- To maintain and organise the training calendar, including sending training invitations and circulations of materials
- To process payments related to training programs using the internal payment system (ARIBA)
- To coordinate with Food & Beverage (F&B) vendors to organize meals for New Employee Orientation sessions
Requirements: -
- Preferably an undergraduate in the penultimate or final year of bachelor’s degree in human resource/ management / psychology/ international business
- Excel academically with minimum CGPA 3.00 or second class upper or equivalent
- Minimum duration would be 12 weeks or above
- Compulsory internship placements by university
- Willing to work in Cyberjaya
