Job Description:

Assists the Trauma Program Manager and Medical Director to improve the quality of trauma care. Participates in the development and implementation of the Program’s Quality/Performance Improvement Plan, and serves as the liaison between the Trauma Program and Nursing and the Emergency Department. Performs outreach activities and provides feedback to regional hospitals referring patients to the Trauma Program in an effort to improve communication and patient care.

Work experience:
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in the Emergency Department, critical care or other trauma-related setting.

Current RN license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing.
