TEAM OVERVIEW:

  • You will work with the Technical Publications team in Applied Global Services. We are over 80 team members; our extended team consists of project managers, technical writers, illustrators and AR/WBT developers.
     

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with our writers and managers in maintaining our dashboards and reports for measuring our KPIs
  • Build and consolidate monthly reports using Powerpoint
  • Develop Powerpoint slides for basic programs
  • Use Smartsheet as a PM tool (we can train you if required)
  • Content data management and metadata tagging (we will train you)
  • Maintain department dashboards and reports (we will train you)
     

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Should be proficient in MS Powerpoint, Word, Excel
  • SmartSheet and Tableau knowledge preferred, but not required
     

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:

  • Working towards Bachelor's
  • Business, Communications, Engineering, Marketing
  • Preferred GPA requirements 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale

Compensation 

$33-38 per hour 

The rate offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and education level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
