This full time RN position schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:45AM-4:30PM and provides great life-work balance with no weekends, holidays, nights, or on-call.
We are conveniently located in Creve Couer with many great places to eat only minutes away. Free parking is available behind our building.
This position oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic, working to ensure operations are smooth and efficient. Performs duties including, but are not limited to: rooming patients, administering injections (allergy immunotherapy, biologics, and vaccines), applying skin/drug/venom testing, facilitating drug desensitization or drug challenges, applying patch testing, performing spirometry, administering nebulizer treatments, turning over/cleaning rooms, scheduling injections, etc.

Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating a plan of patient care.
- Provides patient care, which may include administering medication, performing procedures and monitoring patient status in accordance with approved nursing practice.
- Provides appropriate counsel and education to patients/families regarding disease process and symptom management.
- Maintains medical records requiring appropriate and timely recording of patient information.
- Consults with members of the health care team, adjusting nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Assists the health care provider with examinations, procedures, prescription refills and other processes related to direct patient care.
- Maintains required skills and competencies and participates in educational programs, staff meetings and in services such as CPR as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri and/or Illinois depending on location in accordance with Compact Act.
- Basic Life Support certification (Online BLS certifications, those without a skills assessment component, are not sufficient to meet the BLS requirements).
