The Global Operations department partners with each of Motorola Solutions' go-to-market functions across the globe. Our mission is to enhance data-driven decision making, make processes faster and more efficient & ensure Motorola Solutions go-to-market functions can achieve long-term, sustainable growth.Within Global Operations, the "Office of the COO" program supports the analysis, process automation and strategic objectives of our Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Staff to the COO and other executive stakeholders
Job Description
Motorola Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Global Business Operations Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in MSI’s Global Sales Operations organization. The Intern will work closely with experienced professionals from our Product, Sales, Services and Corporate Strategy teams.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the analysis and improvement of business processes and strategies
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices
Collect and analyze data to support decision-making
Develop reporting to track performance relative to key strategic initiatives
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management
Participate in cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion
Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Google Work Suite
Basic Requirements
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date during or after December 2025
