Programme duration: 6 weeks 

What this job involves  

During this 6-week programme, you will work some of the best Building Surveying specialists in the Real Estate industry. You’ll gain first-hand experience within our Building Surveying teams. 

If you show strong potential during the programme, then you could be fast-tracked for a graduate offer to join us after your studies.  

 

What your day-to-day will look like:  

You’ll get involved in real work from day one that will help clients achieve their ambitions. The work will vary depending on the team you are in but below are some of what you’ll experience: 

  • Visiting sites to support Building Surveyor's inspections. 

  • Assisting desktop survey research about sites 

  • Helping with planning preventative maintenance plans 

  • Assisting with the co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably required. 

 

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:  

  • A curious mindset so you can learn and grow with us 

  • A passion to contribute your thoughts, create fresh ideas, and challenge yourself to do more than you think you could 

  • Strong interest in Building Surveying & Sustainability 

 

 Required Skills and Experience:  

  • GCSEs – C / 4 grade or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)  

  • Degree – On track to receive a BSc or MSc degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited) 

  • To apply for this role, you need to be in your penultimate year of -University.  

  • Right to work in the UK: (You will need to have right to work in the UK, with no time restrictions or limited working hours as this is a full-time role.) 

 

Estimated compensation for this position is: £13.85ph 

The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data
