About the Role
Take responsibility for the daily operational management of the unit, nursing staff and patients through accountability as the senior nurse on shift. Participate in relevant multidisciplinary meetings, case conferences, ward rounds and other clinical management meetings for team-based care planning. Provide clinical leadership, practical support, mentoring and development of the nursing workforce. Effective communication with SVCHS staff, Correctional staff, Port Phillip Prison sub-contracted services and external health services.
Classifications for this position will range between YW11 - YW12 ( $112,174.80 - $115,949.60 per annum pro rata).JOB IS FROM: nursingjobs.siteVIEW
Your Contribution
Leadership / management skills or working towards
Past experience in managing a team (2-5 years)
Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain
