Job Description
This is a summer internship opportunity within a large and growing alternative asset manager. Brookfield Public Securities Group's Liquid Corporate Credit Team is seeking a Corporate Intern for the Summer of 2025. The right intern will contribute meaningfully to this fast-growing team's goals while completing the program. The position is located in Chicago.
Program Overview:
10 weeks in duration guided by a week-by-week schedule
We will assign you a mentor and one or more projects
Your mentor will act as both a resource and manager of the program
Potential for extended internship / fulltime employment
This is an in-person and paid internship
Qualifications:
Enrollment in a fulltime undergraduate program with a major in finance, economics or accounting
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Bloomberg
Demonstrated financial modeling ability
Demonstrated interest in credit /value investing
Strong speaking and presentation skills
Experience in the leveraged finance markets a plus, but not required
