This Training Center intern will help develop training content and coordinate training for all 19 product lines across the site. In this position you will have the opportunity to work with Master Brazers and our subject matter experts on topics like Soldering, Crimping, ESD and FOD.  You will be learning some of our Aerospace assembly techniques and then using software like Adobe Premier Pro and Powerpoint to create learning content.  You will also be gaining experience with the Workday Learning system, which is common in the industry for delivery and tracking training.

What You Will Do:

• Experience some of our training courses
• Learning production process
• Improve existing learning content
• Develop new learning content
• Schedule and track training.

What You Will Learn:

• You will get some exposure to Brazing
• You will learn about ESD and FOD

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
