As part of the European Logistics Operations team, you will be supporting our Total Customer Experience program.

Based in Barcelona, you will learn on HP logistics network and processes and support our continuous customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.

Your ability to analyze data, make the link between operational processes and data, and communicate efficiently will be key success factors for the position.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze Logistics performance data and uncover mis performance root causes.
  • Propose and develop analytical solution or automations to improve analysis efficiency.
  • Re-think and implement automations on current processes within the Logistics team.

Your profile

  • Fourth year student, as well as master students, in engineering or business field.
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills;
  • Learn quickly how to use new tools either internal or Microsoft.
  • Very curious to learn new things.
  • Adapt quickly in a highly dynamic environment such as logistics.
  • Strong knowledge on excel. Previous experience with Power BI and Power Automate is a plus.
  • First Experience or knowledge in supply chain functions is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good business acumen
  • Analytic and synthetic skills
