PMO/Data Analysis Intern

Description -

This role is essential for supporting the HP Industrial Print department and is perfect for individuals who are passionate about project management and interested in data analysis, dashboard development, and enhancing operational efficiency. It requires extensive collaboration with teams to create and maintain key analytical tools and reports, which are vital for effective decision-making. The intern will be engaged in a part-time role (50-60%), requiring strong coordination with global teams with flexibility to different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Performance Tracking and Forecasting: Regularly assess business performance, using forecasting methods to predict future trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Sales Funnel Dashboard Development: Define, build, and maintain a dashboard for the sales funnel, focusing on effective data visualization and analysis.
  • Business Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain a comprehensive dashboard to track and report key metrics in the targeted sector.
  • Reporting: Create and support customers' monthly reports and support additional inquiries as needed.
  • Support customization program: Facilitate project initiation, and develop and maintain a dashboard for ROI tracking.

Requirements:

  • Education: Currently in the third year of an Industrial Engineering program at a university, or a recent graduate who is pursuing a second degree. An advantage will be given to candidates with past experience in project management roles.
  • Project management courses or certification – advantage
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in data analysis and dashboard development tools, with experience in Tableau and PowerBI being advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Languages & Communication: Excellent proficiency in English – verbal & written, crucial for effective communication in reporting findings and team collaboration.      
  • Team player with the ability to drive action without direct authority.
