EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING:
Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of North Carolina. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required. Masters degree is required.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Five years proven nursing and hospital management experience. Requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, creativity, high energy, strong knowledge base in nursing leadership and organizational development. Is to demonstrate strong leadership in the area of patient safety and quality, Health System growth, financials, and patient experience. Individual is to be outcome oriented. Other requirements are excellent presentation and writing skills, analytical and statistical skills, project management skills, team development skills as well as, the ability to function in a complex organization.
