Job Description
Support the digital product team in testing, bug tracking, project management, and managing the Group Benefits Mobile app and Plan Member site. You'll analyze member health journeys in the Manulife Mobile app to identify customer needs and assist in implementing new features to enhance these journeys. Additionally, you'll conduct market trend analysis and internal communication process optimization to inform the member digital personalization strategy and improve collaboration with partners. This role requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to effectively contribute to the team's goals.

Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage testing plans and shared testing documents for member-facing digital products, ensuring timely updates and status reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and other member research activities to support the digital product team.
- Track, prioritize, and report on ongoing issues and bugs to ensure efficient resolution.
- Contribute to the overall digital product strategy by synthesizing insights and data to inform the roadmap.
- Utilize tools such as Figma, JIRA, Mural, and Microsoft Office suite for various project tasks.
- Analyze health and wellness journeys of Manulife plan members in the app to identify areas for improvement and propose new features or enhancements.
- Plan and collaborate with the delivery team to execute new features or improvements, estimating their impact on the customer experience.
- Research industry competitors and analyze data dashboards to identify key gaps and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with data, marketing, digital tech, and operations partners to gather insights and drive improvements.
- Analyze existing communication systems, creatives, and data points to recommend strategies for enhancing digital communications and bringing synergy to these efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently studying an undergraduate degree in Business, Health, or a related field.
- Experience or strong interest in digital health applications and digital products.
- Proficiency with project management and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) is an asset.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
