Job Description

Elevate Your Career: Software Engineering Intern Opportunity!

Are you ready to harness your technical skills and transform your passion into hands-on experience?

We seek passionate Software Engineering Interns with a strong interest in developing and maintaining .NET C# microservices and database solutions. Join our team to help expand our capabilities and deliver the next generation of messaging solutions. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Engage in Agile/Scrum methodologies— participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to optimize team performance.

  • Collaborative Development: Work within a global, multi-site environment, leveraging best practices in software engineering and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

  • Quality Assurance: Design and execute a comprehensive suite of tests—including unit, integration, system, load, and acceptance tests—to ensure the integrity and reliability of our applications.

  • Microservices Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and deploy microservices using .NET C# that meet scalability and performance benchmarks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in .NET C# and Node.js.

    Experience in building and deploying RESTful microservices.

  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex systems.

  • Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git.

  • Knowledge of frontend frameworks like AngularJS is a plus.

  • Understanding of Pub-Sub systems and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure is advantageous.

Basic Requirements

  • High School Diploma is required

  • Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or other Engineering or technical degree) with a graduation date of May 2024 or later

  • Students requiring current or future visa sponsorship must be pursuing a minimum of a Master’s Degree with a graduation date of December 2024 or later
