Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and creative Design Intern to join our Agency Distribution Department. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in graphic design and contribute to various projects that support our communication efforts with insurance agents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong portfolio, and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in designing digital posters, flyers, social media graphics, and power point templates tailored for insurance agents.

Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines specific to agent communications.
Collaborate with the agency distribution team to create digital content for agent portals and social media platforms.
Help create presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, focusing on agent-related content.
Design infographics, charts, and other visual elements to enhance our messaging to agents.
Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
Manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with video editing and animation software.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
Familiarity with UX/UI design.
