Responsibilities

· Assist Cell Leaders in day-to-day manpower planning and output execution.

· Conduct time study and provide analytical recommendations for process improvement.

· Develop Standard Work for deliverables for each shift work.

· Assist in creating visual factory improvement on cell level to drive efficiency and productivity.

· Enhance workflow and streamlining of process in operation department.

· Involved in cross-functional alongside EHS & QA departments in continuous improvement projects.

· Support Operations department in day-to-day task or as required.

Requirements

· Diploma / Undergraduate in Aerospace / Mechanical / Materials Engineering or related engineering fields.

· Proficient in MS Office

· Data Analytics skills in using various software is a plus.

· Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry.

Learning Outcome

· Exposure to Aerospace MRO industry, Engine Center / Component Repair / Manufacturing.

· Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE – Customer Oriented Results & Excellence).

· Learn about operation planning and management,

· Understand the different roles and how it plays its part in the organization.
