Job Description

Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

• Working with retail marketing management to support all phases of retail marketing activities for Consumer Electronics division
• Support the development and sourcing of sales promotion contents (sales talk) and training contents/tools for enhancing the field force's sales capability.
• Entering Project Plan Proposal in NERP after Retail Marketing manager preparation and monitorization of the system workflow
• Assist the planning of store operation strategy
• Support in managing shop displays (shelf-merchandising)/fixtures/POP production, distribution, implementation and maintenance in accordance with guidelines

• Support in creation of a guide for differentiated in-store display based on store management strategy
• Assist in the development of experience solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and expansion
• Interpretation and organizing data in order to sufficiently communicate findings and recommendations in both written and verbal forms
• Support Samples and FOCs management for RM team
• Other tasks per direct managers request

Skills and Qualifications

• University degree (or final year of study with ability to work full time on employment contract)
• Upper-intermediate command of English
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently and take action to achieve goals and objectives
• Project management/organizational /coordination skills
• Excellent communication skills, good presentation skills, proactiveness
• Analytical ability to understand complex data and draw conclusions from it
