Dedalus is launching a new product line designed for mobile devices, which requires a completely new set of user assistance resources. We have already developed a significant amount of content, created by different authors and aligned with various stages of the product’s maturity. As the product evolves and gains more features, we need to streamline the existing content and establish clear design guidelines for future writers. Here is the main focus of the task:

Analyze the content with AI to:

•             Expand the three key libraries: templates, reusable topics, and DITA conrefs.

•             Enhance guidelines for the "Three Cs": Clear, Consistent, and Concise writing.

•             Develop a method to integrate these guidelines into a writing assistant, such as Positron (Oxygen).

Additionally, we want to assess how we can adapt our content to better align with AI capabilities to:

•             Deliver improved chatbot results.

•             Repurpose content across different platforms (e.g., context-sensitive help and an HTML platform).

•             Refine and expand our existing guidelines.
