St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne has extended its trusted, state of the art health care services to Melbourne’s west.

The Cardiology and Vascular interventional services at St Vincent's Private Hospital have now expanded to include our Werribee site.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurses (RN) with expert clinical skills in caring for the cardiovascular patient to join our Cath Lab team. We currently have casual positions available.

The successful applicant will be responsible for;

• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care in the Cath Lab
• Participating in team nursing for patients admitted to the Cath lab or post procedure in PACU

It is essential that the successful applicant has the following;

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology Nursing
• Post Graduate qualifications in Cardiovascular Nursing or working towards same
• Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office products.
• Proficiency in email software and electronic communication.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing acute situations in a rapidly changing environment
• Willingness to undertake further studies or to pursue other self-development activities.
