Falcon Complete Analyst Interns will work from CrowdStrike’s office in San Antonio, TX.
About the Role:
As a Falcon Complete Analyst Intern at CrowdStrike, you’ll make a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. Our CrowdStrike virtual security operations center offers opportunities to expand your skill set through a wide variety of experiences, detecting and responding to incidents as they occur in real-time for our customers.
What You’ll Do:
Work with customers to validate and respond to security concerns
Assist with triage of incoming customer inquiries to assess priority. Investigate and respond to requests to ensure customer environments are secure.
Collaborate with support teams to triage and fix customer issues
Study CrowdStrike Falcon Modules and technologies to appropriately address new and innovative threats.
Gain exposure and familiarity of incoming issues and alerts and learn whether they are malicious.
Handle high pressure situations in a productive and professional manner.
What You’ll Need:
Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year College or University working towards an AA, AS, or AAS / BA or BS / MA or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy, or a related field.
Graduating during or between December 2025 - August 2026
An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects specific to your internship field.

Fundamental understanding of information security, sysinternals, and network communications
Bonus Points:
Successful candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
Incident Handling: experience conducting or managing incident response for organizations, investigating targeted threats such as the Advanced Persistent Threat, Organized Crime, and Hactivists.
Computer Forensic Analysis: a background using a variety of forensic analysis tools in incident response investigations to determine the extent and scope of compromise.
Systems Administration: an understanding of system internals and Active Directory is required to understand how to implement and execute countermeasures and remediation.
Malware Analysis: ability to perform static and dynamic malware analysis to understand the nature of malware
Incident Remediation: strong understanding of targeted attacks and able to create customized tactical and strategic remediation plans for compromised organizations.
