We are looking for a SaaS Business Analyst and Marketing Intern to join our team!
Location: This role is based in the San Jose, CA office (Hybrid).
Availability: This role ideally starts February 2025.
Join our Oncology Software Solutions Business Line team and play a critical role in the fight against cancer. As a SaaS Business Analyst and Marketing Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across key functions, including Operations, Finance, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside industry experts in a dynamic environment where your contributions will make a real impact.

Responsibilities -
Your projects may include, but are not limited to:
- Data Analysis: Evaluate costs, profit margins, and pricing data to provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and document current business processes; recommend enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Sales Enablement: Create engaging sales training materials in various digital formats.
- Insight Sharing: Support efforts to standardize and formalize the sharing of insights across the organization.
- Marketing Support: Contribute to sales enablement initiatives for all field-facing Oncology Software Solutions teams.
- Content Creation: Develop and edit written content, multimedia assets, and digital copy to deliver timely and relevant information.
Qualifications -
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate program in a relevant field.
- Transferable skills from prior professional experience or academic coursework in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Business, or Product Management are a plus.
- Proven ability to balance academic commitments with extracurricular activities such as internships, clubs, or volunteer work.
- Strong research skills and resourcefulness in finding information and solutions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel (advanced skills preferred) and PowerPoint.
- Quick learner with the ability to apply new concepts in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

The US base salary range for this position is $20-25/hr.
