ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Perioperative Registered Nurse to join an established but growing perioperative department at St Vincent’s Private Community Hospital Griffith (SVPCHG). Specialties include orthopaedics, general, urology, plastics, gynae, ophthalmology and endoscopy. The right candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering the perioperative nursing care to patients and will assist throughout the patient journey. This is a fixed term or permanent position for a self-starter who is ready to join a unified and supportive team.

Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma of Nursing or equivalent.
- Authority to practise as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Minimum 2 years post graduate experience.
- Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Competence in clinical IT systems for patient and health information and risk management.
- Highly developed written and verbal skills.

In this role you will be based at St Vincent’s Private Community Hospital Griffith.
