Responsibilities:

- Supporting the daily operations of the Customer Service Office.
- Handling customer orders and inquiries using the SAP system.
- Communicating with other departments to efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Preparing reports and analyses related to customer service.
- Assisting in organizing and implementing initiatives aimed at improving service quality.
Qualifications:
- Current student status (preferred fields: economics, management, logistics, or related areas).
- Proficiency in computer use, especially MS Office.
- Familiarity with the SAP system is a plus (not mandatory – training will be provided).
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to assigned tasks.
- English language proficiency at a communicative level will be an advantage.
