UnspecifiedWe are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Digital Technology Project Management Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in IT project management and help support the execution of IT initiatives across various projects. As an intern, you will work closely with our Digital Technology team to assist in organizing, tracking, and coordinating various IT-related projects.

Assist with Project Planning: Help with the development of project timelines, resource allocation, and coordination between various stakeholders.
Project Tracking: Assist in maintaining project schedules and tracking milestones.
Document Management: Support the preparation and organization of project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project proposals.
Communication Support: Assist in communicating project updates to stakeholders, preparing presentations, and organizing meetings or conference calls.
Risk and Issue Tracking: Help identify project risks and issues, track progress, and contribute to resolution efforts.
Resource Coordination: Assist in ensuring that the necessary human / technological resources are available to meet project deadlines.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including process SMEs, vendors and other departments, to ensure project success.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field).
Strong interest in IT project management and a desire to learn about project coordination and execution.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of project management tools and software is a plus (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
A proactive attitude, eager to learn, and contribute to team success.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship or coursework related to project management or IT.
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, or software development processes.
