Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate potential fintech partners and technologies that have the opportunity to accelerate key initiatives focused on digital distribution, sales enablement, and the integration of Gen AI and Digital Assets.
- Assist senior sales leaders in implementing strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure maximum business efficiency, i.e. update and maintain files
- Assist our team with ad-hoc projects relating to client management
- Assist in execution of process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong interest in market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience or coursework related to asset management, tokenization, Artificial Intelligence, and digital is a plus.
