About the Role
St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne (SVHM) is seeking a number of passionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join the Theatre team at Rapid Access Hub at St. Vincent’s on the Park. You will be required to use your exceptional clinical skills to efficiently and accurately plan, coordinate and evaluate care needs to ensure high quality care in a rapidly changing environment as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
You are a suitably qualified, experienced and highly motivated Anaesthetic nurse who is seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity to become part of the SVHM team. Under the guidance of the NUM or ANUM & CNS, you will be responsible for the delivery of ‘best practice’ clinical skills within the Perioperative/ peri-anaesthetic environment.
We are open to applicants seeking both Part Time and Full Time opportunities

Classifications for this position will range from YP3 - YP9 ($81,364 - $100,146 pro rata per annum).

About the Rapid Access Hub
St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne (SVHM) has opened a new Rapid Access Hub (RAH) which operates out of the St Vincent’s on the Park (SVOP) campus. The RAH at SVOP allows SVHM to provide procedures to patients who have had care and treatment postponed due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The RAH at SVOP is a day surgery service.
Operating hours Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 7:30pm. No Public Holidays.
A total of four operating theatres will be operational, including two endoscopy theatres and two surgical day case theatres
There will be Education and Learning support for nursing staff onsite
The facilities and staff amenities at SVOP are newly established (2020) and include large change facilities, kitchen and lounge areas
